A valid card must be presented at the time of service for proper credit.

• PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATES & CARDS

In the event, you receive a promotional gift certificate/card.

The certificate/card cannot be used for Gratuities, Discounted Services or Retail.

The certificate/card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• FORGOTTEN CARDS

In the event you have forgotten to bring your gift card to Palace Spa:

Show a digital copy of the card, or

You must pay for your days services & purchases with cash, check, or credit card. You can then redeem the card at a later date.

• LOST CARDS

In the event you have lost a Palace Spa Gift Card

Gift Cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver. Noëlle will not issue credit for a lost or stolen Card.

• CARDS LOST IN THE MAIL

​

In the event you or your recipient has not received your Gift Card in the mail.

Please call Palace Spa at 925.685.8888  and ask for assistance in tracking & resolving the issue.

• OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Palace Spa Gift Cards have an expiration date of 12 months.
Palace Spa Gift Cards are final sale.
Palace Spa Gift Cards can be used to reserve an appointment.
